Muay Thai training is typically a 3-6 day a week experience for me. However, I took the summer off to travel to Europe and move to Tampa, FL. In the past, just a week off of training after a fight was enough to have me sucking wind. But four months?! OMG. Don't let the cheesy grin fool you - I was WIPED.
